Located in the heart of Albufeira, this 107 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and a living room. There are 2 spacious bathrooms and a fully equipped private kitchen. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms. The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Beach towels are provided. Access to the apartment is via a few steps and a private entrance. Outside, you can enjoy the shared pool (max depth 2 m), open until 8 pm. The communal garden offers green space for sunbathing and outdoor dining. There is also a shared outdoor shower and barbecue. Direct access to the pool and garden is available from one of the 3 large sunrooms. Street parking is available with good accessibility. One pet is allowed with restrictions, but it cannot access the communal garden or beds. Events are not permitted. Check-in is self-service, and security cameras are installed in non-private areas at the apartment entrance. The bar street and nightlife area are a 10-minute walk away. Fishermen’s Beach and Inatel Beach are also 10 minutes on foot. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Tennis courts are 15 minutes away on foot. House and condominium rules must be followed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, including balconies. Please respect quiet hours as required by Portuguese law.
